This Belcando Adult Lamb & Rice has been developed to offer highly-digestible canine nutrition that is suitable for sensitive dogs. The quality of the raw ingredients used is just as important as the ingredients themselves. Processed rice is easy to digest and free from gluten, as well as having a very low allergenic potential. This Belcando Adult Lamb & Rice is completely free from added wheat, which is often a cause of allergies or intolerances. The main protein source in this dish is lamb meat of human food-grade quality and from naturally-reared grassland lambs. It is low in ash, full of flavour and easy to digest. The poultry meal, primarily from muscles, is also of human food-grade quality and is easy to digest, with only a very small quantity of bone meal.

Antioxidants are essential in protecting cells against free radicals, as well as combating signs of ageing, chronic illnesses and degenerative conditions. Grapeseed meal has a high content of natural polyphenols, which are proven to have the highest antioxidative potential of any foodstuff. The grapeseed has been cold-pressed for this Belcando Adult Lamb & Rice, and the meal can have positive effects on the heart, cardiovascular system and overall vitality. Brewer’s yeast is an excellent source of immune-supporting B-vitamins, amino acids, trace elements and minerals, as well as providing great flavour. Ingredients such as chia seeds and linseeds are sources of vital unsaturated fatty acids and mucous, which can have anti-inflammatory, soothing effects on allergies. A mix of selected herbs helps to complete this meal.
