We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
– Flat rate: $12.95 USD
– Recommended for urgent orders
Free Shipping (EMS):
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
– Available for orders over $50 USD
– Ideal for non-urgent deliveries
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not happy, our straightforward return process makes it easy.
Return Policy Overview
- Return window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt required

How to Return an Item

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

- Refund method: Processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

- Credit cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

Exchanges
We happily exchange items for different sizes, colors, or products of equal value. Follow the standard return process and indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return.
