We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
– Flat rate: $12.95 USD
– Recommended for urgent orders

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
– Available for orders over $50 USD
– Ideal for non-urgent deliveries

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not happy, our straightforward return process makes it easy.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return window: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Opened or used care & grooming products

How to Return an Item

  2. Provide details: Include your order number, items to return, and reason for return
  3. Get authorization: We’ll email you return instructions and an authorization number
  4. Pack securely: Use the original packaging with all protective materials

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Approval notification: We’ll email you about your refund status
  • Refund method: Processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time:
    • Credit cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours
  • Shipping fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our error

Exchanges

We happily exchange items for different sizes, colors, or products of equal value. Follow the standard return process and indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
